




June-The biggest, brightest and best rock show of the year is coming...and it's the grand-daddy of em all.The Texas World Music Festival will be taking Dallas-Ft. Worth music lovers by storm at the State Fair over a three-day weekend in July.KZEW-98FM has been selected by Pace Concerts as the only official Dallas radio station with all the inside scoop on the event.
Among the world-famous rock and roll talent appearing at the festival will be Ted Nugent, Heart, Atlanta Rhythm Section, Bob Welch, Aerosmith, Willie Nelson, Kris & Rita, Charlie Daniels, & Mahogany Rush.Quite an impressive lineup to hit the Lone Star State all at once and all in the Cotton Bowl.Also, while the festival is going on, there will be a rock and roll supermarket just outside the fairgrounds with stereo shops, record stores, novelties, a flea market, arts and crafts fair, world's largest movie theatre, foos everywhere for the tasting, a livestock exhibit,a skateboard exhibit, a battle of the bands, a knocked-out fireworks show,and finally, a Lazer show.Sound like fun?Then just keep listening to the Zoo.
